Cinematographer and Director of Photography based in Karlsruhe, Germany. Originally from Cape Town. I make brand films for businesses that have something real to say.
My Story so far
This is how I actually got here.
Step 1
Where it began
Grew up between Cape Town and Europe with a camera always nearby. The obsession started before I had any idea what to do with it.
2017 Turning point
Sports and street photography first. Then weddings, ministry events. I was learning how to find a story inside a frame without knowing that’s what I was doing.

2019 – 2022 Churches, ministries, community
Three years shooting for churches and ministries. Video, photography, live events. Communities and the people inside them — that’s where I started understanding what storytelling actually costs.
2022 Ukraine
Travelled to Ukraine as the war began. That trip didn’t teach me a technique. It taught me that being present — really present — is the whole job.

2022 – NOW Building in parallel
Brand films in Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria. Documentary work in Zambia, Cambodia, South Africa, Austria, Hungary, Italy. A long-form documentary about a Congolese refugee finding his voice through music. These aren’t separate things. They’re the same work.
NOW Where it stands
Based in Karlsruhe. Shooting across Germany and beyond. The mission hasn’t changed — find the human truth in a story and make it visible on screen.
